saying need reguster devis for update but the devis is registered

    Im struggling with the update it keeps saying that it needs to be registered but when on the account it has been registered

     What model MaxiSys do you have, and what specific update is it that you selected where this problem occurred? Scroll screen to left and click on support app. Click on My Account. Be advised that Autel displays the software and warranty expire date as  DAY- MONTH- YEAR, not as Month, Day, Year. Is it possible your update period expired?
